Hmmmm - could be....... but what's crazy (unnaturally, or otherwise) about wanting a dagger?? Especially if they're going to be legal where one lives? Granted, they aren't the most practical of knives; but there's a certain awesomeness about them.That's how I first read the OP's post too but now I realize that it is not the dagger that he is looking to be "unnaturally crazy" but rather his want for a dagger is "unnaturally crazy". At least, I think, that's what he meant

BladeScout, thanks for the memories; they mostly weren't pleasant but EK was common "in country" with our units.
('72, just before and during the Easter invasion and not REALLY in 'Nam (we weren't supposedly where we were, everything was BooCoo/BeauCoup Dinky Dow/dau
