Urban Dead Revisited

Yup...AG and MoL makes it a lot more fun. It's always a nice surprise to open a door and find the juicy filling asleep and waiting all nice and fresh behind it.

I need Infectious Bite next...leave the tasty things with a souvenier if nothing else.

Do wine bottles and beer bottles have any purpose in the game?

Just wondering cause I keep finding them. :)

I'm going digitally drunk :D

Keno

Yes...they restore 1 Health Point.

Generally considered worthless...along with books, newpapers, wirecutters and a few other things.

Getting Shopping Skill and Bargain Hunting will allow you to search specific stores that only offer what you want...and at a higher return rate.

Generally...I am finding that it is more fun to be a Zombie. You don't waste your play with searching for stuff.

I will probably build my living guys completely, bank some AP (so I can buy skills when I change) and then simply feed myself to what might have been my last victim.

It's a lot of fun to catch folks who think they are out by themselves...pop up suddenly and beat on them so they go running...

sounds fun to me. I have one dedicated survivor, one dedicated zombie, and one i dont care for. whatever happens, happens :)

Being a zombie is relaxing.

My survivors are now literally on the run. Between the two of them, at least one will wake up either injured or with a zombie in the building -- and I'm rather careful. I only spend the night in non-resource buildings barricaded to EHB, at least several blocks away from any zombie magnets (PD's, FD's, hospitals, malls, etc.) in the 'burb and if there's a running generator in the building, I either wreck it or move on; nothing says "Food Inside" like a generator. I'm looking for that safe suburb and I'm just not finding it. Now that the Mall Tour is over, there are zombies all over the place, and whenever I log off, I honestly wonder if I'm going to be alive the next day.

But a zombie? I can count on dying every night. No matter. I'll just stand up again. Forget searching for FAK's and ammo. I spend my time following Feeding Groans and kicking doors down. Much less stressful.

North Blytheville was a bust, BTW. Too many zombies, not enough survivors. It's overrun and food is scarce. I'm heading west.

Looked at NB...gonna head west myself. Any good targets in mind? Wanna go play "Spread the infection" at a local hospital?

I got AG for Sam...he's happier now!

My survivors lead dull lives...shop, shop, shop...all the dang time.

hehehe...we had the same idea:
You are standing outside St Basil's Hospital, an imposing metal-and-glass building with revolving doors. The building's doors have been left wide open.

Somebody has spraypainted Not a revive point. Go away. onto a wall.

There is a group of 7 other zombies here. You recognise SGR amongst them.

Outta AP for now, but I'll be back. It'd be fun to co-visit one of these big things that still had the tasty filling in it!

Wandered into Crooketon today. Still lots of zombies and open doors. This whole section of Malton seems to be pretty ragged around the edges.

Still, I checked an open building and found Franchesca, who seemed to be bored. We talked a bit. (And by "talked," I mean that I smashed her into little pieces and consumed her brains.) But hey...she was probably looking to earn some more zombie skills anyway.

I'm chilling inside Mores Lane PD currently. The only time that I spend the night in resource buildings these days is if I'm a zombie. I'm thinking about swinging south, then east along the southern border of Malton. Crashing safehouses is fun and all but I seem to accumulate XP more quickly when I'm free ranging.

We still ought to crash a safehouse one of these days, Nasty -- especially if Frank can make it to the party. Hospitals are almost never above VS and three zombies with maxed claws can get through that in no time.

I'm in Pashton, Dungeon Alley Police Department. This is my dedicated zombie character, although unfortunately it happens to be a human right now. About 20 humans in here, building is merely strongly barricaded. Nasty, Dave, wanna come by, turn me back into a zombie and have a nice lunch? :D

Wish I could...my guys are south or west of you. Got one headed toward Tollyton though...looks like a nice place to visit!

One in Wykewood, others in Stanbury Village, Santlerville and Roftwood.

I also have two players that are time killers that I don't do much with, one in the far SW corner and one in the far SE. I only play these when I have time to kill (grin) and my mains are out of AP. Three of my mains are unlimited server hits so I play these using up my 160 each day.

I have never had trouble with the 160 server hits - likely that everytime I log off I get a new IP, so no trouble here :D

My two survivors are in Roftwood and Pimbank; as much as I hate being close to malls, my rate of ammo consumption makes it necessary. The zombie is tearing up Nixbank. Nixbank, Crooketon, and the surrounding suburbs are packed full of zombies and most of the buildings are wide open, so I'm heading SE in search of something a little more quiet.

Keno? While it may be considered to be griefing, when my zombie finds himself revived against his will he heads into the nearest building and starts axing survivors until they kill him again. I make sure to let them know the name of the person that revived me. The problem tends to resolve itself. It's also a great opportunity to pick up a flack jacket and purchase Body Building if you haven't already.

I haven't been back to Peppardville since Ft. Creedy was attacked but from what I've heard, the zombies really trashed the place. I'm glad I got out when I did.

Yep, I know. Been looting a flak jacket, and I will get some more AP and HP before I'm going ballistic :D

Peppardville is hell. I created a new character, and got beamed into Peppardville. Zombies everywhere, as much as 100 in on square. Most buildings are either open or heavily barricaced. I'll guess I'll hang around for a while, dont care if I'm dead or alive anyway :)

Edit: My firefighter is in Roftwood now, Membry Lane Fire Station. Are you strong enough? ;)

Keno

Update: My level-one consumer finally managed to get into a mall and go shopping. If you happen to notice a guy carrying a cell phone, seven first-aid kits, two generators, two GPS units, a bottle of wine, a rolled-up newspaper and a fire axe, that would be him.

My level-two fireman was killed by a horde of brain-eaters last night and is now wandering the Richmond Hills in a mindless stupor. :D

Oops...hit the wrong button!

My level-two fireman was killed by a horde of brain-eaters last night and is now wandering the Richmond Hills in a mindless stupor.

At least *he* has a good excuse!

Foulkes Village. Faraker Bank. If you're a zombie, get there, now. I filled up quickly and spent my last few AP's Groaning for help. These fools didn't even bother to hide in a building. I left a few of them Infected and injured for you.
