That definitely puts a spin on things, if he is double dipping I'll ban him on the spot. This is already gotten to be more trouble than it's worth, worse than a soap opera episode with bad actors. Seriously, this is lame.

One mystery solved. Thanks for clearing that up even though it was not in your favor. That shows some good character. If only retired showed the same in this situation or any of the other nasty transactions he's been involved in here.
 
Admitting the mistake and offering a full refund + the shipping charges are about all Paul could've done.
This would've been good for most buyers........but not good enough for the retired one.

The trouble he went through to not only bash the seller, but to also sell the knife for 140 less is just astounding.

Craziness--Utter Craziness...Huge Loss WHY? Refund was in the works??.... I have seen some stuff.. But nothing like that....

have you guy's ever think about when i would have send the knife,box/paper back and PAULB63 would say "this is not in the state i did send it to you"?then the whole dispute would be a lot worse,for me,not for you guy's who could then comment what ever you wish.with most of you i'm a "convicted felon" anyway!

people on my ignore list couldn't buy it even for $600,principle's are stronger than money (to me).it's sold and a very nice member contacted me and let me buy his PM2 CPM154/S90V (WITH ORIGINAL PAPER/BOX!) for A LOT LESS,so.............as a token of apreciation i sold him 2 mint NIB Dodo's,a blue and a cf and a CR SableIV .to all who had their comments (good and bad!) thanks for your feedback,my ignore list is also become a little longer.don't forget,innocent untill PROVEN guilty.

let's leave it at this,to all of us damage is done,lesson's learned.let's get on with our knives,to all of you who want to give me the benefit of the doubt RESPECT,to the "know it all's" i hope you never get in to a situation like this!

I've been in your situation at least 3 or more times.... what you feel was a misrepresented sale. To most it was not, but to you it seemed that way. Every time the seller refunded my money 100% once the knife was returned to them. Your problem is that you don't have faith in your fellow blade forum members, and it's make you look like the bad guy. Take a look in the mirror before you judge everyone else. I've seen ZERO evidence that the buyer attempted to screw you out of anything. He made a mistake and you didn't give him a chance to make it right

Like what? Like when things don't go 100% as planned? I get in those situations a thousand times a day, it's called life.

There are people who get straight scammed, for large sums of money. Read in here a bit. You aren't one of them.

Guy made a mistake and tried to rectify it.

Guy made a mistake and you went haywire.

Stuff happens. Buck up.

There are a lot of long standing and solid members here that wouldn't deal with you for this. There's a reason. Learn from it. Just my .02.

This is not a court of law, you made a mess of things and tried to damage a stand up guys rep, this small community never forgets, get your ducks in a row and admit fault, you are not in ignore but sure as heck will never deal with your clown behind.
