Salem, I will look forward to seeing you and the other Smiths. Last year some very good knifemakers were disqualified because they did not follow the length guidelines, etc. So, LISTEN WHEN THEY TELL YOU THE DIRECTIONS. They should write them on a white board, but probably won't.
 
That is so cool Salem ... I like the show a lot. I liked how it improved each episode and it was something to look forward to each week . Good luck and have fun . I am sure you will be paired with some fine smiths !!

My wife and will be looking forward to it. And while it's not 100% realistic, it's getting a larger audience to appreciate the craft. I've met a bunch of people that ask me about the show when they find out I make knives. They may not know much about knives but they are watching with interest.
 
In the last several years I've enjoyed your work whenever it's up. I know you are the "man" to do a great job in this compitition.
