Everything is right. They have the high end knives, but they also have Vics and other cheapies. They even have CS Machetes. Who's gonna bother knocking off a CS machete? I could probably pick out most of my knives on that site if I wanted to bother sorting through it. Maybe I'm just dense, but I'm not convinced.

I realize that you stated that would be your last post, but I would like to ask why? Are you upset that people are asking for proof before they condemn someone?

I personally abhor anyone that is guilty of doing what you have told us wangyimeng has done, but I like to see proof before getting out the rope.

This sub-forums sole purpose is to inform others about dealing with someone, whether positve or negative. So your message is in the right place, and we're open to hear it. The confusion lies in the connection between the accused and the picture you posted. And now in the connection between the accused and a Chinese knife site. Not all of us are USN members, so we don't know the back story, and are only going on the information presented in this thread.
 
Maybe if you're not in so much of a rush to find the evidence you won't feel so frustrated. If it takes you a while to find it, we'll wait. You've got our attention.

Please don't feel that you are not welcome, or that we here on this forum don't want to know about folks who do the knife community serious harm. But, as you know, it takes very little to destroy a person's reputation... So any proof or connections, evidence, etc. is what we're asking for so that we don't 'burn' a person without good reason.
I'm sure that the USN probably knows about "Ann_Dem" AKA "Vlad"...

My experience with Ann_Dem

...In which an esteemed member here was able to positively link this character to the wrongdoings of which he/she was being accused of. This got him/her banned, and word spread like wildfire to avoid dealing with this person.

So we are just asking for what you have or know... Because personally, I sure as hell don't want to sell anyone a knife who I suspect will copy the crap out of and sell these fakes worldwide as being authentic, and I'm pretty sure many others here feel the same way. :)

Take your time, tell us what ya can when ya can... As Cougar Allen said, "You've got our attention.". :thumbup:

Geeze, all that was asked was some "facts" that show that what has been claimed elsewhere is uncontroverted.............................sorry :confused:
 
i made a mistake and posted without gathering all my information for that i am sorry, im sure other USNers will step in and provide information as we get it.
sorry for starting drama, i hate drama and am,and definately didnt mean to intentionally start any. im gonna let xzhang update you guys further and will step aside

Thank you for the info. I too was once a messenger on another forum - actually the same topic - and was kicked out because others did not like my info.

Maybe he is just trying to sell them? Or is he offering them in higher quantity now?

I've posted the link for the Mad Dog knife page at Tac Forums. Kevin will be able to determine if these are his or not. Some of the sheaths look decidedly off, but this could well be the angle of the shots.

If you'd like a treat, do the Babelfish translation into English. If nothing else, I enjoy the consistent references to Tibet and these being a good Tibet knife, whatever the hell that means.

If I happen to be wrong I will post an immediate retraction for the above.


EDIT - Though the sheaths look a little askew, Mad Dog aka Kevin McClung has responded at Tac Forums regarding this matter. The knives appear to be genuine. However, several other "vendors" selling fake Mad Dogs were posting pictures of real MDK. Wang is a complete pain in the ass according to the MDK dealer network and none of them will apparently deal with him any longer.

The MDK dealer network had explained to Mr Wang that supply was well under demand and as a result nobody in their right or left mind would consider selling him knives at reduced prices, especially since he was apparently rather rude to each and every one of the dealers in succession.

This is the extent of modification I am willing to post based on the information as received from Mad Dog and MDK.
