Bottom line, you were EXTREMELY LUCKY if you never had any image loading problems before now. Most of us did, and at the point of the software upgrade, the general limits were 1,600x1,600 pixels maximum, AND 500kb maximum. That REALLY sucked, it was terribly hard to downsize pictures that much without a huge loss in detail!

These new, MUCH larger limits work fine for me, I can finally just resize to 1,200x1,600 without having to adjust the detail (PPI) too. Quit yer bitchin' while we're ahead, lol...

ETA - I almost wouldn't have been able to post this image before, due to the level of detail. It now posts just fine at a reduced 1,200x1,600 with a nice level of detail. I'm good with that. ;)

Maybe it's normal search behavior, but I noticed that search results (e.g. this one for the single word "sprint" in the Automatics FS by Individuals forum, titles only) return dates all out of order.

I don't know if this is just something on my end but using the black skin, stickied thread titles are invisible. White and grey work fine. Using a laptop running Chrome. I can put the cursor where the thread title should be and I do see the preview pop up.

This is right. You should be able to see threads you start (I think), but need the appropriate membership to see others. The Wanted section of the knife maker’s area requires that membership to see threads for instance.

Try using the Advanced Search which allows you to sort the results by date. Default is by relevance and I don't really know how that's determined by the software.

This is true. Posting in WTB can be done at any level but to see others' posts, Gold membership is required.

You aren't a gold member so you can't see any threads in the WTB area
 
This isn't really a big deal, but I got an email notification last night for a reply that happened Saturday.

I do want to disclose that I only have email notifications enabled on the one thread, and I keep meaning to shut that off. I just thought I'd bring it up so Spark Spark knew about it. I imagine it's just another little hiccup in what must be a tremendous PITA...

I'd also like to add that I really like the new software.

Yeah yahoo has always been *really* bad about delaying notifications & unfortunately activation codes and registration mails.
 
Good morning Spark Spark , I've been noticing for a while that using the shift and home/end keys and arrow keys to highlight text is not functioning in bladeforums the way it does in Windows and other websites. It works, but it messes with the cursor position. It took me a while to realize it was only happening in BF. I've got decades of habit in how I edit text, so if we could go back to the normal function I would be very grateful. What are the chances there is a fix for this? Thanks!

I'm able to use Shift + Home or arrow just fine in the reply block?
