Well I got to look at the Sebenzas and...

That's a damn good looking knife.

I use a steak knife to cut a steak and a can opener to open cans. What's wrong with me!

Not much difference between the Sebenza and that Benchmade from what I could tell but maybe thats just my inexperience.

I think that's what Benchmade was aiming for, a large Titanium 'mono-lock' to compete with the Sebenza. It's got very nice chamfering, finished very well. Sculpted Ti pocket-clip, a very deluxe feature, though it's tip-down only... for some that's a deal-breaker, but if I like the knife (Spyderco K2 and Military) I can live with tip-down carry. It runs on bearings instead of the perforated washers that the Sebenza runs on, so it would have a different feel; it's up to the person whether you prefer washers or caged bearings on a design like this. Blade steel is M390, which I prefer to S35VN, and would love to see on the Sebenza... but that's not going to happen. It usually sells for 330$, about 80$ less than a large Sebenza 21, though you can buy a small Sebenza 21 for 350$, just 20$ more.

There was a critical YouTube review that curbed some of the enthusiasm for the 761 (https://youtu.be/buAj1g65x_k), but since then I've heard more positive responses from various BF members who own and like it; LeathermanGX is obviously very happy with the way the knife performs, and it looks great. The thread link below is a discussion about how people feel the 761 and Sebenza compare. I'd like to try it out myself, but I've got other knives that are higher up on my list, for now.
