My Ed Brown Molon Labe is the nicest I own right now. I'd love to have a Guncrafter No Name and a Springfield Professional. Some day...

Springfield Professional.

It's the FBI model out of their custom shop.

It doesn't get any better.

Here's a photo of my rail model.......

That is some straight up sexy right there.

Well, I like Dan Wesson for the value, Les Baer for the tight fit, and Ed Brown for the smaller grip radius, excellent dehorn, high cut under under the trigger guard, and quality of small parts.

I finally settled on Ed Brown, with a custom-fit (tight) barrel bushing.

Got pics around here somewhere.

honestly, you can't go wrong with Ed Brown, Dan Wesson, Les Baer, Wilson, or any of the other high end guns, including so many customs that we don't mention. I could say that my custom Novak (based on springfield frame/slide) built by Joe Bonar(RIP) is the crown in my collection. It is basically rust proof, not rust resistant.

Tom, sweeeeeeet!

I didn't vote because i have a few on the list and they are all "favorites" in different ways. S&W (lightweight scandium w/rail), Kimber (old faithful pro-carry, super small ultra carry desert), Colt (one 1938, .38 Super, SuperMatch w/schwartz), and a 1944 colt that i'm fitting a 1944 Remington Rand slide and barrel to.

For my budget I would go with a entry level Kimber. If money was not an issue an Ed Brown custom would be my choice.

I have carried a Glock 22 for over 20 years. I few years ago I acquired a 1911, a Sig GSR. Now I am hooked on the 1911s. I am a proud owner of a Kimber Eclipse Custom II and a Kimber Stainless Pro Raptor II and of course the GSR. All are great shooting pieces. The Kimber Pro Raptor is a bit easier to carry though.

I'm personally a big fan of my Wilson Combat CQB.

I also have an MC Operator and a Colt Series 70 that's had some serious custom work done. That said, the Wilson fit/finish/overall feel combined with the fact that I know it will do its part everytime I shoot it has me giving Wilson the nod from me personally.

I love my 1st year series 70 I got 38 years ago in a swap with Dad for a Model 19. (heh, got the 19 back by winning a bet to cut my beard off)

Recently got a KImber, but not sure if it has problems or ammo did (Blazer Brass...FTF. Not to hijack...).
A real Hog!! He wound up with both of em.

Ruger SR-1911.
If I was a rich man... Springfield TRP or Nighthawk GRP.
If my dreams somehow became reality, I would want a custom, LEFT HANDED Colt M45 CQB!!!!

I have a Colt WWI reissue, a Colt Government Model 9mm and a late '70s Colt Service ace.

I'm pretty set and I really love these Colts but I'd love an Ed Brown someday as well. :)
