Me and the wife really enjoy the Constantine movie
Have you watched Sandman on Netflix , Johanna Constantine is part of it.... wish it would've been John but I enjoyed the series
It's a pretty good series, not exactly true to the comics.... but I enjoyed itNo, I haven't watched that but I'll check it out.
Would be cool if they found him at the end of the run to bring some closure to the original.Bakula was offered the opportunity to reprise his role in the show but passed and wished the new cast luck.

I think that was good of him and the right thing to do. After 5 seasons previously ending 20 yrs ago, the new show needed a fresh start w/ new faces.
So, he probably won't be doing a cameo (as Sam) this season which has alredy been shot but, if the show continues, he still could do so later. Unfortunately, any cameo will have to be sans Dean Stockwell (as Al) who passed away in 2021.
PS: I've watched all 12 (not just 2; typo) of the episodes of the new series and there are reportedly 6 episodes to go (total 18).

Tried to watch "The Pale Blue Eye" on Netflix but after 45 minutes or so I wasn't engaged and said adios!
Watched a few episodes of "Reservation Dogs" on hulu. Not bad but not something I'd watch in large bites.
Watched M3gan while I worked yesterday. Not bad. Kind of an Ex Machina/Chucky mashup. It won’t be going in my list of classics but it was fun. I thought they did a great job making it look like creepy animatronics, and the voice-acting was impressive.
Watched Greenland a few weeks ago. Action/natural disaster/human nature film. I honestly spaced most of it. Those kind of films tend to not hold my attention very well anyway. I’m sure it made sense on a storyboard but I find all the running around, splitting-up, poor choices, and emotional setbacks kind of exhausting. Cool visuals.
I'm not much of a Yellowstone fan either. But so far this is much better.I didn't like the very few episodes of "Yellowstone" we sat through a couple years back...and couldn't take the prequel with Faith Hill and Tim McGraw.
So I don't dare tainting my appreciation for Helen Mirren.
(She was fantastic in the British police drama "Prime Suspect"...one of the best cop shows ever, imho.)
I wanted to strangle the gal whose voice was constantly jabbering away, narrating the tale. And it was so friggin' inaccurate on way too many levels to bother recounting. I just couldn't get past the revisionist b.s.I'm not much of a Yellowstone fan either. But so far this is much better.
Historical inaccuracies aside, I didn't mind 1883.
Thanks. Now I know I'll never watch it.I wouldn't personally strangle that cutie pie Elizabeth May (Elsa Dutton) the culprit for jabbering away as the story narrator, but the bad news is that she still jabbers away in 1923 from beyond the grave![]()
Thanks. Now I know I'll never watch it.
That may be overstating the case mildly...but I like the way you think.I think Blues' idea of good entertainment is a rigorously researched documentary in which there are very few words spoken.![]()
