I'm watching War Machine on Netflix. I'm 31 minutes into it & it's pretty good so far. I think it's a military action movie with a sci-fi element to it. I read nothing into it, because I've found that ruins a lot of movies for me. Just seeing one keyword will do that sometimes.

In all honesty, thank god I married a woman who enjoys cheesy/funny martial arts movies.

Sidenote - I don't think I won her over to John Woo, though. Which I'm surprised by, because I always thought of "Bullet in the Head" as one of his more sensitive, emotionally-driven tales for the ages.

I literally had no idea what it was when I started watching it last night. Then it turned into a sci-fi action flick and I got my hopes up. By the end I was disappointed. Could have been so much better.

I liked Predator Badlands better than I expected to, but I still liked War Machine more.

Put on F1: The Movie (terrible title) as background noise last night and within one minute I was paying attention. Really enjoyed it a lot.

Niggles? Javier never once said Lisan al Gaib once. And the real life F1 personalities despite all the time they spend doing media scrums were wooden. Think Pee Wee Herman when he was playing the bellhop in his movie.
