Thanks for the precision, but you'll learn with time that CRKT have produced a Sebenza in zytel that i'll be glad to own. I yet have numerous chris reeve knives, and also an al mar/reeve one piece.
The BladeForums.com 2024 Traditional Knife is available! Price is $250 ea (shipped within CONUS).
Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/
CRK and CRKT are two VERY different companies, just to let you know.
Cold Steel: Overpriced crap, shady business ethics, design thievery, etc
CRKT: once bitten, (3 stitches) twice shy
Gerber: Once a good company, now just a subdivision of a scissor company
Mantis & Dark Ops: Mall ninja crap
Taylor/MTech/Maxim: Chinese made rip-off crap
There's other companies, like SOG or Emerson, that I have no conscientious objection to, they just don't really float my boat so I'll likely never own anything from them.
crkt's and gerber's for me
...For instance, I'll never own a Cold Steel knife, because I don't like the name "Cold Steel". And Kershaw-just don't like the designs of their knives...
"Made In China" I can't find their website... but apparently they make a sh!t ton of knives.

Not having an extensive collection of knives, I don't own one of every major brand out there. Right now, just two Benchmades, three CRKTs, one each of Spyderco, Buck and Colt. Although I own three CRKTs, I am not a big fan of theirs. These were purchased at rock bottom prices, and they will probably be the last CRKTs I'll own.
There are certain brands that I inexplicably have no interest in. It may be a combination of overall look of the knife or just my perception of the type of knives they make. For instance, I'll never own a Cold Steel knife, because I don't like the name "Cold Steel". And Kershaw-just don't like the designs of their knives.
Spyderco has a unique look and some good values in their imported knives. (someday would like to get a Sage or one of their premium steel blades).
Benchmade has the Axis lock and a good reputation for building solid knives.
What brands do nothing for you, and you don't see that ever changing?
