The term 'Grasshopper' is Aussie slang for a Kangaroo. They jump, or hop, through the grass, so 'Grasshopper snag' is 'roo snags.
The meat is very lean and high in iron, much more than beef, and cheap if you count road kill, lol.

^That's some nice wood on that Patrick. I debated on the wood choices, but eventually decided on oak, simply because I don't think I've ever seen any here before. And if it holds up as well as the old oak floor in our living room, I'll be happy.

Thank you! Honduran rosewood magnacut, I didn't have a choice. I tend to prefer brass but the nickel is nice and I like variety. I like the oak on yours, and the brass is looking good already. I'm itching to place another CS order...

Put an edge on my least favorite 309, it was overdue. I still cant get these hollow grind slippies as sharp as the flat grind 309's.

Stropped up the 112 a bit as well.

Still this one. After carrying mostly 112s for about nine months, it took a couple days to get used to the larger 110.
