I wore my modded 11 today and used it to open some boxes and a couple Noonan's Black IPA's from the Smuttynose Brewery. But mostly what I did was cause people to comment about the fact that I was wearing a knife around my neck. "Is that for if you need to kill somebody?" and "somethingsomething Crocodile Dundee something?" were the two standouts. I did let a couple people who were nicer about it actually handle it. Even the first guy who asked about if it was for killing. I said "no, it's a bottle opener with this pointy thing attached, in case you need to dispatch a rogue cardboard box or slit some sneaky tape."
*sigh* this does make me a little bit sad....
This was this week but not today. I did the following to my BK-7; striped the paint, removed the ramp, added jimping, and gave it a new finish. Here is the final product.

Reprofiled the bevels on two Elevens and my edc Sixteen........ Getting ready for PWYP this weekend...... used the Eleven for opening up packages and remodeling a couple of boxes......Scraped the handle on a Hudson Bay axe I am taking along for the weekend with an eleven.......They sure are fun to use when they are wicked sharp......
