Hi all,
I own and operate a Sbarro restaurant, and have done so for the last 10 years. This lets me play with knives at home and at work!
Regards,

I used to be a diesel/heavy equipment mechanic. Life was more simple then. I actually had evenings and most weekends off. (heavy sigh...). Oh well...

I'm just impressed!

I had no idea the variety was this huge.

I'm a TV producer and entrepeneur. On the TV side, if you've ever seen any special (generally on Fox) with 'World's Most..." in the title, or ever found a show too disgusting to watch, I probably had something to do with it.

On the entrepeneurial side, direct-response marketing of a bunch of stuff.

I traveled a lot (spent some years in US - worked there as well - legally) now I work for local company in the area of e-commerce as APS/SCM* consultant. One day I would like to be a Transportation Logistics consultant (or specialist??

Hey Liong,
I work as a Graphic Designer, illustrator, Art director and a DTP artist and SURE, they sound like some high end-glamour-O-rama job but it sucks. I love what i do but the PAY sucks.....YES! Thats where i'm getting at.
Just Enough to feed me, my family(as in my mom and sis) and occasional knife buying.

Anyone wants to hire a work horse-swiss army blade-multi talented guy for knives?

But seriously, i'm content with my life. Can't ask for too much or "HE" will take it all back.......gulp!

I am a 3rd year student of (international) business communication.
And a partime JJ/Self Defense instructor, although that's just a hobby, I teach some friends and occassionally their friends. I used to work part time as a butcher in a supermarket, I am a certified butcher for that chain of stores, which was a nice opportunity to test some of my own knives

So, right now I am not making a living at the moment, but soon I will.

I'm a "JIT II In-Plant" account manager for a steel company. The job encompasses the below fields but your the only representative from your company permanently working on your customers site that employs 3000+ people. It's extremely demanding with production, production, production the goal. The odds aren't in your favor. But... it is nice and comforting to be around steel all day.

Shameless plug:
Any knife company need a person trained in MRP production planning/scheduling, purchasing, quality control, sales, operations management and knowledgable about steel please email Marty at homer@innernet.net.

I apologize for the above desperate act.

Professional photographer(retired)I presently run the photo and electronics dept. at the local osco store :0 and of course try to build my knife collection by night on the forums and all the gun and knife shows I can attend in my area.

I have worked all over the country as an electrician with the IBEW. Right now I am working for Edlin Electrical doing the power for Conventions and trade shows here in Las Vegas.

I also deal in the Literature for Antique and collectable cars, mostly on the internet but also at Car part swap meets all over the south west US. This pays for my knives and other collectables.

I fall out of airplanes here at Ft Bragg. That's the extent of my job that I enjoy. I used to have an awesome job, but some #$%@ at Ft Huachuca decided to screw that all up by sending me to Saudi. Now? Well, I sign in to the 82nd Airborne Division next Monday....@#$%!!!!
