He is curious about the lathe and usually watching closely when i run it. Hes pretty smart as far as figuring out how to do stuff. hes very good at working with his hands and probably has better potential of being a good craftsman than i did. gonna let him get a little older before I turn him loose on the equipment though.

My three year old talks really well for his age. He asks me "can I hang out with you in your shop"? Im glad he likes to hang out :)
 
psyop, that scout sheath looks great! great stuff, makes me want to get my hands dirty and give it a shot myself.
 
I stropped a knife on some lightweight poly fleece. No compound. Sharpest it's ever been. Tried it on a couple of other blades and same thing. Hmmmm.
Ever heard of this? Weird.

haha, neat idea. I'm gonna try it. Bet it's like a scotchbrite strop!!

They will still feel small 710. You gotta take a file or razor bkade to the plastic spacer for fit.

I am going to test it against my BK9 to see which one it better for me. I love my 9 so it will be a tough session. Ill keep you in mind though because I do like that 4 that you grabbed...
 
Lol I had two people this week that wanted Junglas sheaths. Seems like a good excuse to get one :)
