What is your church knife?

Didn't the Prophet Isiah say, "They shall beat their swords into ploughshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more."

If you take your knife to Church: will it end up looking like a shovel?

I mean, it's something to work toward, but you still gotta be ready if you need to shank a bag of potato chips.

Being cynical about human nature, I think that it's not realistic. Even if it weren't for the frustrations of our modern, plastic-packaged world, we're a long way from the day when people stop wanting to take something somebody else has, or break something because it's nicer than what they have. And just because we may settle that with more violence at longer distances, doesn't mean we shouldn't have at least a few swords on hand. For a while longer, anyway.

Has anyone in here ever been robbed during a Communal Religious Ceremony?
 
One would need a knife to admire during a boring sermon. Kinda like being at a boring relatives house as I stated in a previous post. Seems a Microtech OTF to play with sounds right to me!!

A knife that looks like a pen in my shirt pocket . . .Hen and Rooster @ $15 on Amazon.

I'd buy a "better" version of this design at a higher price point.

I can't point to a specific instance (except for a few televangelists that had people willingly part with their money in what was essentially robbery). However, people have been killed at church. So...
I may, or may not, actually carry a gun to church nowadays. And I'm not the only one (who may, or may not).
