Practical! yes.... We could revisit this idea.... in D2 Think of how many of us would use a multi application "meat knife / steak knife / cutting board kitchen camp knife"? 5 -6 inch blade, great for cutting steak, chicken quarters / boneless thighs, vegetables, etc.... Pared with a 6" boning knife..... It would be used in our house daily and much during butchering season....
