You can force a nice even and dark patina better than anyone I have seen. 👍 It really takes those beautiful knives up a level.
Thank you Travis. If I tried to do it by cutting food up, considering I usually carry a different knife every day, it might take me forever, and I'm old, so it might be never ! :thumbsup: ;)☺️
