Haha! Thanks Mr P. There is one glaring issue with it. It has really bad play in the primary blade. Hopefully that can be remedied. (i hope, i hope, i hope)

You can force a nice even and dark patina better than anyone I have seen. It really takes those beautiful knives up a level.

Thank you Travis. If I tried to do it by cutting food up, considering I usually carry a different knife every day, it might take me forever, and I'm old, so it might be never !
