What Makes a Good, Traditional Barlow?

You promise not to hide that Skunk tube from me if I get my supersonic jet tickets Charlie ???:confused::confused::D

They (upstart airline agency) promised me their re-conditioned F4 Phantom jet would get me there BEFORE Perry. ;)

Buying new (and fast) tennis shoes too. ;);)

Well I certainly can't swing flying out west, but I sure can drive an hour north east!

Glad to hear you'll be at the rendezvous again. I plan to go if I can.

I'm using my anniversary Charlow as a worry stone currently:

Sweeeet! Good thing I'm planning on making it to the rendezvous this year! It'll be nice to finally meet you in person, my friend. I hope to see a bunch of you others there too!

Thanks guys. His due date was today but he popped out a week early.

One week old and he's already got a good start on his TC collection! :D:thumbup:

Dave, I see you have changed you sig line in hopes of striking gold, like our friend Rob... I'm still in shock over how that came about! Not one, but TWO copperheads in one felt blow. Talk about lucky!

That is an awesome photo Philllll - he must be our youngest Traditionalist!!

A thoughtful and eloquent post my friend. The knives I've been gifted certainly mean more to me than any others, and the Clip-point ebony Charlow you gave me in Sheffield could not possibly mean more to me than it did then Duncan, you're a great pal

I don't think any of us - maybe not even Charlie - had any idea that this thread would run like it has :)

Thank you matey! Wow- Clip Point Ebony!! awesome to see Jack!!!!

Phil--that baby's lucky to have such a caring dad!! Looks like he's already well provided for.

Lol, I got cha beat there Primble, already got my faster tennis shoes! Brooks Glycerin 12s, you probably got HOKAs tho! ROFL:p

Actually Evan I changed my sig. just as soon as I found out that there were any 2 blade Copperheads, about Oct. last year.
There's still 4 out there ....... someplace:confused:

Shoot, must've not noticed it. You know that phenomenon where you never see something until you start thinking about it? Then you see it everywhere?

Oh, I sure know that phenomenon, Evan! Like EO teardrop jacks, or GEC 25s, or non-silver Vic Farmers, or chestnut bone CV swayback jacks, or 2-bladed 4-inch toothpicks, or EO sheep/pen #15 Scouts, or antique amber saw cut 2-bladed Charlows, or Beerlows, or …. :D:eek::D

That list just keeps growing doesn't it Gary?

What makes a good traditional barlow?

Covers that exhibit a waterfall melting into the side of a volcanic eruption?
