Yep, a 1949 Days Work Tobacco paper sign, to go with the great etches of Barry's!
Sorry, couldn't make the knives and sign work that well in one shot.

Thanks Paul and Dadpool! My grandfather used to chew this brand and he would spit it all over the morning paper. My grandmother used to get so mad at him because she was afraid he would effluence me,,,,he did!:D

Perry, love those vintage paper advertising signs and the perfect tie in with the Days Work Spey TC is wonderful. Days Work TC Spey what a grand knife!

First Perry those are great shots with the pictures and knives, two well paired interests for sure :thumbup:

Excuse the poor photo, was looking at them before hitting the sack and decided to post my humble collection of TCs. I love the single blades. Need to get an ebony in the mix. Hope to add more with future runs this year. Have a wonderful Memorial Day my friends.

Nice collection, Drew! I especially like the easy open in the foreground. Oh, and the soup bones and the Palo Santo.
 
Thank you both. Dean the spear in the foreground is my personal favorite, both Paul and Mark worked on that one for me. Bob I am hoping to have one of your excellent EO mods someday as well :thumbup:

Here is a recent photo of my TC collection for those interested. I had them all out the other day doing a little inventory/housekeeping and thought what the heck I will snap a group picture. Not a very good picture but I don't have Primble or Perry kind of photographic skills. I know there are collectors with much bigger TC collections than what I have and some of those same collectors and others on this forum have graciously helped me with some of these I needed and was looking for-- you know who you are thank you very much! I have never focused this much time and energy and $$ on one specific style of anything but TC barlows have a way of charming "your socks off" you as many of you know. Anyway, please if you feel so inclined snap a picture of your TC collection in one shot and let us all be recharmed by these magnificent folders! I really enjoy seeing groupshots of GEC TC barlows. All the best in your TC collecting efforts and remember the hunt and those you meet in the process is half the fun. Thanks Charlie for making this all possible for us--much appreciated my friend.
