Of course, I had to try out the spreadability factor for which Speys are famous!
This wider Spey rates high on the dollop spectrum, and very high on the final flourish! Roughly a 20% improvement on its predecessor! This one goes on the next picnic . . . . . .

Please allow me to thank you all for the kind words, and beautiful pictures!!!
This run of Barlows is an ongoing delight for me, and I hope for all my friends in BF-land!
I'm very late to the game as I just received my very first TC Barlow. It's also my first of the 15 patterns though I do have a few others ordered. Despite all the very beautiful photos of the knives, I don't think you fully appreciate these little wonders until you have them in your hands. Thank you for making these knives available to us, Charlie!

This seems a fine time to remark again at your exquisitely good taste in knives.

Congrats again, Augie!!Nice one's Ron, the Blackwood sure looks classy.
Added these 2 this week a like new late Camillus and another Craftsman Barlow with its original packaging, neither knife looks like the blades were ever used. The Craftsman looks like it rolled around in a tool box sliding in and out of its package for the last 40 or so years.
Looks like we pay a good bit more for our Barlow's nowadays .

Thats a nice trio of Knives Jake, and I too admire your very fine taste in knives my friend, welcome to the 15 / TC Club.
Its amazing how the different choices of the TC range that Charlie has given us has changed my taste in knives, for example I never imagined I would ever use a single bladed Sheepsfoot, now I couldnt imagine my small gathering of knives to be without them, just some outstanding choices of which I never dreamed of being interested, until - as you say - you hold them in your hand and something fascinating happens.
Hear Ye, Hear Ye!!
Jake, collector of fine pocketknives, now owns a TC Barlow!!...
...Its A New Day times 4 for me so far
...
Congrats, Ron; your New Day TCs are fantastic!:thumbup: I'm especially drawn to the 2-blade version (as usual for me).
