Wow........
I am so so proud to own this gorgeous knife.........

and this one......

Great pics Duncan, that's quite some collection my friend

Amazing collection, Duncan! Growing steadily and sturdily, like a giant Redwood!!

Here's one I don't think I have shown before. It appears to be a sub-brand of Ulster Knife Co, and somewhat old. The dots in N.Y. are square, usually seen before WWI.
A bit smaller at 3 1/4", the main blade has been worn down but still retains good snap. I think the pen is a replacement. The ebony handles are dense and buttery - probably Gabon.

Thanks guys

Wundergussy the Bone in that DaysWork is simply gorgeous!

Primble Sir- that's a very cool Old Fkc Barlow - I too have never seen one!

Charlie - I have never seen an OK Barlow either!

I reckon we were standing at the same well today C.C. - Nice OK Ulster and fabulous TC's Duncan ! Thanks for the comments on my FK Co. Barlow.:D

I just took this iPhone pic on the Old Fort Harrod wall during my walk down to the Post Office to send off a money order for another old knife I purchased.

(I might go back to that spot with more knives and my old penny. :D:D:D)

That spot seems to capture the natural beauty of your Ulster. Sounds like a plan to snap some shots of your other treasures there. I find it amazing that you can take such a gorgeous photo with your iPhone, Rob!

Lovely Ulster Primble

Been carrying my first today :)

Well that is just gorgeous

This weeks finds, a near new Kutmaster, it was very dirty, cleaned up very well with nice bone.
...
The other one is a Case red bone from the XX era, 1940 to 1964, also pretty much unused, there again it was pretty dirty but cleaned well with just a cloth and mineral oil, I swear you can see the beginning of the universe in the mark side cover:)

Augie, you sure have the touch for hunting down sublime old Barlows!:thumbup: Your Kutmaster and your Case are both exemplary, and, while you call them "this week's finds", I'd call them finds of a lifetime!!:D:thumbup:

Just messing around with the camera today, seeing if I can improve my picture taking skills, got a long way to go to catch up with Primble and others.
...
FWIW, Augie, I think your photos are topnotch, although maybe my standards are low. :( To see photos with no reflections of knuckles or cameras or houses or sky or trees in the blades and bolsters seems like miraculous photography to me!!:thumbup:

...was switching out some knives in my Boker cabinet this afternoon and ended up with this HS&B in my pocket:

Primble, Your Very Best HS&B and your Ulster just soothe my soul, if that makes any sense (especially since they also raise my pulse rate ;)):thumbup: Man, I enjoy seeing those fine old knives (and dream of finding one of my own someday)!!!

Duncan, congrats on an incredibly impressive collection of TCs!!:thumbup: I really enjoy seeing everyone's fantastic new Barlows too, but for some reason I don't feel much urge to get one for myself; don't know what's wrong with me!:confused:
There is ONE exception though....

That 2-blade antique amber sawcut Charlow just leaves me absolutely weak in the knees whenever I see one, and triggers intense yearning, desire, longing, wanting, covetousness, envy, lust, and probably several other deadly sins!!!:eek::D Buckeyebullet, you are one amazingly fortunate human being, IMHO!!!;)

Thank you Dean and Jack. Neat pic of the PPP spearpoint Jack. I surely hope that is a drain pipe and not shot from the bottom of our Barlow well.:rolleyes:;);):D:thumbup::)

Charlie !!!!!! :eek::eek::D

It's OK with me if you all just keep on showing all these beautiful Barlow's!!! ;):D

Thank you Gus and GT. That Days Work pic is a nice one Gus.:)

Is that a TC with the same blade configuration as the #15 Farm Boy (full-size clip and spey)?

Also, that looks like some serious patina on that #25.

Good-looking pair of yeller knives!

Yes, the two-blade Days Works have both
