Now theres something different - these are Bokers later releases arent they?...I dont know much about the ownership OR happenings of Boker of late.

What are your thoughts on that knife rarreola?

Finished rehandling another clamshell imperial last night. Decided to get out the good camera.

Please allow me to clarify as some members think I had bad intentions regarding my post.

I did not post what happened yesterday with any intentions of anything. I was simply telling of what happened on my crap day yesterday. I'm sorry that many of you may think that I have or had different intentions while posting what I had. I'm not looking for charity or anything. I have full intentions on replacing my own stuff. I just had a bad day yesterday and thought I'd share it. Sorry to alarm anyone.

I can't believe anyone took that post negatively. Especially considering how many other similar posts I've seen, and how many people in the clique do just give knives to other people for no reason. This place must be getting touchy.

I thought I'd lost my first GEC, a smooth ivory bone sheepfoot TC for several weeks and I was really broken up about it. Thankfully I found it. Hope you get your grail!

Thank you ALLHSS. This was mainly referring to my post in the off topic section which if you haven't read please do so. It explains a little more of what happened. I hope I find her someday too which may be a lot sooner than I had originally thought thanks to MCar. He has my grail and is holding it for me until I can get the cash together.

Off topic posts need to be in the Lounge.

Gus, very nice picture of a wonderful TC--love that jigging!

Jeff, very nice photograph of a rejuvenated Imperial Barlow. Great job on the new Rosewood handles. Did you add those center pins top and bottom? Most of the Imperial Barlows I have seen just have two pins front and rear. In any event great job!

Lloyd

Nice job, Jeff. That knife never looked so good!

Great picture, Gus! A stellar example of the breed.

Thank you! I did add the other pins to try and help secure the scales.

Thank you sir!

Gus your single blade TC inspired me to post a picture of the two blade TC version. Happy New Year to all! Lloyd

Ron, Yes indeed! I really like the jigged bone TCs that GEC did in 2013 and 2014 Rust Red, Blood Red and Chestnut. I think 2016 would be a good year for more. Lloyd
