I can't believe anyone took that post negatively. Especially considering how many other similar posts I've seen, and how many people in the clique do just give knives to other people for no reason. This place must be getting touchy. Please allow me to clarify as some members think I had bad intentions regarding my post.
I did not post what happened yesterday with any intentions of anything. I was simply telling of what happened on my crap day yesterday. I'm sorry that many of you may think that I have or had different intentions while posting what I had. I'm not looking for charity or anything. I have full intentions on replacing my own stuff. I just had a bad day yesterday and thought I'd share it. Sorry to alarm anyone.

I thought I'd lost my first GEC, a smooth ivory bone sheepfoot TC for several weeks and I was really broken up about it. Thankfully I found it. Hope you get your grail!
Gus, very nice picture of a wonderful TC--love that jigging!

Jeff, very nice photograph of a rejuvenated Imperial Barlow. Great job on the new Rosewood handles. Did you add those center pins top and bottom? Most of the Imperial Barlows I have seen just have two pins front and rear. In any event great job!

Nice job, Jeff. That knife never looked so good!
Great picture, Gus! A stellar example of the breed.
