Some years we’re covered in snow at Christmas, although rarely two feet’s worth.Headed to town in a bit carrying my old Navy buddy's Schrade 80T Trapper. This'll be our last trip to town until after Christmas. Should be fun!!! It snowed last night and is spitting flurries this morning. About two feet predicted through this coming Sunday. Gotta go - need to shovel some snow to get out of here this morning. Oh joy!!!! A cup of hot coffee at the Wagon Wheel Cafe will be just the thing this morning.

Not this year, so I still have some things to put away, because I’m still doing stuff outside. I guess I really ought to get the snow blower staged closer to the door, though.
I love the 8OT and it’s connection. I have known other men, one-knife men, who carried nothing but a Schrade 8OT.
And Merry Christmas to you, sir!Nothing worse than having a big snow sneak up on you and your snow blower isn't ready to go.
The Schrade 80T is certainly an able knife and I've found that in almost every situation, it'll get the job done.
Have a good Christmas Jeff and wishing the best for you and your family. I'm betting Jason is with you.

My snow blower has been chomping at the bit for a couple of weeks now. We got a few flurries this morning, but the weather report is calling for a green Christmas here.Nothing worse than having a big snow sneak up on you and your snow blower isn't ready to go.
I appreciate that Todd. It keeps collecting fun while giving them some meaning. Accumulating isn’t all that fun by itselfWell thought out as always!![]()
