I have been greatly lacking in my knife updates of late. I'm off the next couple weeks for Christmas, so hopefully I will do better! This French beauty that just got here as a gift from Âchillepattada will be occupying most of my pocket time!

I took ages to fell this tree.

It’s all in the wrist, but when we were moving truckloads of compost and mulch with wheelbarrows, my partner at the farm kept telling me to put more butt into it.
