What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I saw my doctor today, and she says no, there's a good chance I'll live long enough to get the colonoscopy ...
I hope your Doc is more right than you. Good luck, and at least you have something to look forward too

Those are great knives Jimmy, CV and synthetic Ebony is my favorite version.View attachment 1707152
I love ‘em. The blade is great and the handle is slim enough that I hardly notice it’s in my pocket. I think the synthetic Ebony feels different than the Yeller Delrin. I guess it’s probably the same stuff, but the black ones feel more luxurious!

Nice SAK and Camillus ornaments! 👍Merry Christmas Manny 🎄

I’d have been happy as well.
And thank you, Dave. Merry Christmas🎅

Congrats on that rare electrician. Sure don’t see many Empires around. Thanks for the closer look.
Thanks and Merry Christmas to you and the family as well

Beautiful composition and barlows Gev! That New York Knife is really something.
Picked this ornament up some years ago in South Dakota of all places.

Cool ornament and barlow, they have submarines and testing in Idaho, maybe South Dakota is doing something we don't know about :D
My snow blower has been chomping at the bit for a couple of weeks now. We got a few flurries this morning, but the weather report is calling for a green Christmas here.

I'm getting a little crazy here. Trying to figure what to carry has got the better of me. So, I'll just carry them all today!
Merle wants to go to Costco. Eureka Jack is too special for me to leave behind. CSC Pinch is my Christmas knife, a gift from my wife years ago. I always carry a fixed blade! Oh well, no sense fighting it......

I wouldn't be able to choose either! Nice gift from the wife:thumbsup:
Back to the pioneer x, and shapleigh is taking the primary role today.

Amazing Shapleigh, full blades and perfect patina!
I skipped some pages. Life is too short, though mine may be less short than I was fearing.
As I read that CT report, everything between my ribs and my pelvic floor was totally rotten.
I saw my doctor today, and she says no, there's a good chance I'll live long enough to get the colonoscopy that is one of the recommendations.
So, mixed blessings. Still, I should get to work on my gravestone.
These are the Craftsman and Camillus I was talking about in this thread earlier this morning.

Well said, I’m sure it is the same stuff, it’s just funny how such a simple material can create such a classic look. 👍

Thanks Dave. I knew about the testing at the lake in Idaho...perhaps what they have in South Dakota is super double secret so no one finds out about it? 🙃
