Doing ‘the blank canvas’ today.

I’ve been laughing at/with you guys and the comments over this particular knife of Bart’s.

We have a disease, don’t we?

I sincerely believe that if there were no internet, no porch full of enablers and instigators, I’d still be perfectly happy with just a couple of old Schrades, an SAK, and a filet knife.
I'm old enough to predate the present internet. I was happy going to Cutlery World and the local Army & Navy, once in awhile. I'm sure I had no more than a dozen knives. Then I found this website 17 years ago, and ecommerce took off. It's been downhill since!
It's worse when we are addicted to knives and fly fishing for trout... double whammy.
Yes, if there was no Porch, I'd probably still be carrying my Case Yellow Trapper and be happy as a clam.
Yes, That Boker Brook Trout pushes too many buttons!
It has been pretty funny, and it all started with an innocent posting of a new knife.

My knife accumulating has definitely increased since I found the porch in 2015.
Don't kid yourself! There is no innocent posting of a new knife! Just Kidding!

If you visit this website, and have a predilection for knives, you are doomed!!! ;)

I’m not sure this qualifies as a traditional knife since it’s main blade is locking. For $12 though, I’m not arguing. Clip is nice and strong from what I can see.
Hi! Nice knife, but the pocket clip makes it a no-no in this sub-forum. It's likely the lock would too. It's all explained here: Guidelines

The locking blade doesn't disqualify it, but the clip does. I'd like to see RR delete the two non-locking blades for a nice, slim single blade lockback.

Physics is WAY outside my normal territory. 🤪
My son is getting his PhD in Physics, and I can't even talk (intelligently) to him any more. 🤣

That's awesome for your son. If I win a huge lottery, I'm going to spend the rest of my time getting PhDs in physics and math. My BS and MS are in mechanical engineering, but my main job is as a tech writer for a mortgage servicing company. Sometimes life takes weird turns! Fortunately, it always comes back to c-c-c-cutlery.

Headed out to town in a bit and was going to carry the Remington again but this Case CV Sowbelly was on my desk when I got up so, what the hey - it'll be what goes with me to the Post Office, the Wagon Wheel Cafe, and the Holiday Market today. Very, very, heavy fog so, it'll be a slow trip to town.
