Thanks, Barrett. I don’t find the comb too obtrusive, but the slimmed down version looks nice and the folding comb turned out great. 👍
Thanks Bart. A little Ren wax every once in a while keeps him bright and shiny!
🤣🤣🤣

Great sign Bart, something everyone needs to keep in mind. Glad you had a good time.
😎👍
Thanks, Todd. We’ve got a super positive coach which keeps the parents positive and the kids having fun.

…and this one just because. Have a great day everyone. 😊View attachment 1802073
Be careful carrying those two together, you could get mugged for them. 😁
Okay... That's Perfect!!! 🤣
When my son was playing football, I used to laugh at the parents that would get all worked up.
I mean really, I saw not one single kid out there with the size and the skill to go anywhere... except for my kid of course. 🤣
It’s funny to hear some of the things the coaches and parents yell at the kids as they’re batting. As if a 9 or 10 yr old is trying to anything but just make contact.
Good Morning Porch Friends
Pretty artsy today, John. 😁
Beautiful EJ, Bart. Wish more parents would read and heed signs like this.
Thanks, Jeremy. I’m really liking the Eureka. We’ve been lucky, the parents have been pretty mellow so far, and the coaches for the most part, but not all.
Those Waynorths are great. I love seeing them.

I don't think Sheffield knives have the best reputation on the forum. My main interest (a vast collection of 6) is around Solingen made three-blade Whittlers. However, I've recently become a bit more interested in 'local' and patriotic towards the north of England.

A single blade A. Wright Ettrick. Love it, cheap, simple wood scales, no superfluous branding, etching, polishing, great snap and strictly utilitarian. Feels comfortable in the hand for a bit of casual carving or whittling.

I'd listen to all the things the parents would yell to their kids from the stands during a football game.
I'd ask my kid, "Did you hear what the parents were yelling"?
He'd say, "No, we can't hear anything on the field.. Not even the coaches, and they are a lot closer." 🤣🤣🤣
Pretty artsy today, John.
Thank you, Bart. :)
Oh ya, Totin' the serious work knife... Nice! 🤠
That's a pocket full, Jer. 🤠
