I don't like my forks sharp. Might bite my tongue. I might go the other route and dull it. Different forks for different folks, I always say ! .......................... or was that ???
Useful cutlery, BTW.

Probably a smart idea. The competition over the charcouterie boards can get fierce.

Perhaps sharpen is the wrong word. I'm just thinking about thinning the stock a bit, to make it more effective at piercing food.
