What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

As you may be aware, the  THEM allege: "Wearing suspenders rather than a belt, helps alleviate lower back pain."
With that in mind, I'm switching to suspenders for a week or so. (can't expect immediate results, after all.)
So, I need to adjust my carry accordingly. ☹️
The Mini Champ is clipped to the Toferner's neck cord. As sheaths are not a possibility, I moved the Leatherman Charge+ TTI to the rollator tote/shopping bag. The SAK Hercules left the generic no name accessory sheath, and is clipped to a belt loop, while the Evo Grip 14 after surrendering its place on the clip is in my RFP, joined this week by a regular production Buck 301.

Have a great "weekend", please.

My most common pairing. Of course I have the leatherman PST, as it’s of the never changing variety. But anyways.

I realize I should have gotten another cup of coffee before the pic, but quite frankly, that cup hadnt kicked in yet.
My Leatherman Tool is always on my belt.
It’s not always the right tool for the job, but it usually gets the job done.

I hope the galluses help with the back pain. I think stretching the backs of your legs works best. And of course eating beets! 😱

It looks like I’ll be canning beans tomorrow. The three of us will never keep up, even though we love beans.BF76B542-8F7B-498F-B246-10B44F3F936C.jpeg

You too Tim :)
In today’s world, any knife can self identify as a Barlow.
But the REAL Barlows fought hard for their right to be recognised as Barlows! 😠😁😉

Well .......... the multi-tasking was over for me by 9:00 a.m.
I grabbed my Farmers Jack and headed to Granny's for a good low carb breakfast. ;) ☺️

Pete, nice to see you
Thanks Pete, t’s really nice to be back on the porch
Glad to hear it sound like you’re on the mend. 👍
Going to test myself again today and hope for a negative result 🤞. Thank you sir
Oh man! It woulda made a great excuse to get out of work, but you got hosed out of some vacation time!

When I had it, it only really slammed me for about three days, but for the next two weeks, I was hitting the sack at 7:30 or 8:00. Rest up and get well!
I’d say the first three days were roughest for me as well, the first nights fever dreams were no joke haha. I’m a lot better now but it sure is an energy zapper! But at least I have the energy to play with my knives again!
Hope you're fully recovered soon
Thank you Jack!

Looks tasty Mr P.

Indeed it was Mr. Jack. ☺️

Handsome horn lambsfoot you've acquired, Robb; I like the uniform feathering!

Here's my matching pen/slimline yeller pair:

I have to say that the horn on that lambs foot is very beautiful, especially when the light hits it just right.

I see Sheffield.
I see France.
I see Swiss-made Minichamps.

(Do kids still learn that little chant about Londn, France, and underpants?)

Almost GT ................ one Alox Mini-Champ, one Alox SD, and one Alox Pioneer. Nice pair of yellers you showed !:thumbsup:😊

Hope you had a nice walk Mr P :)

Thank you Mr. Jack and it was uneventful, which is a good thing ! ( no low flying birds, etc. ) 😊

… did ya miss me?
c’mon, you know you did …

😎

I missed you Ed and looks like you came back with a fine pair !☺️

Nice pocket slip too !

Since I first tried a pocket slip, I have become a big fan and use them all the time. I saw where a slip hater on some other thread said that his knives kept flying out of his slip. It only takes a small amount of thinking to figure out that one should give the slip a light squeeze, as you pull it out of your pocket. ( just in case you pulled it out upside down ) I had knives slipping out of my pocket all the time before I used the slips.
