What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Got an early start today; left the house about 4:30am. Got on the walleye pretty quickly this morning, but they were all small. Couldn’t keep the white perch off long enough to catch walleye. All in all it was a good trip, and I got a chance to use one of my new reels gifted to me (thanks Ed!🙂) I had this #65 with me today.

Mrs. Crappie was firearm shopping while I was gone and found this LCP and she wanted me to go with her to buy it. She seems to prefer it over the newer models. It’s not her primary carry but will make a good backup to her 38 revolver.

Any day fishing is a GREAT day. I learned many years ago to buy the wife whichever gun she wants. She will carry it and be happier than if you bought what you want her to carry. Congratulations on having a wife the does carry

Nice fish and 65 !!!
I have an LCP but not a pretty pink one LOL ... mine lives in a kitchen drawer, in case I need to grab and go out the backdoor

EDIT: ... and I noticed something else that looked different ... mine says Prescott AZ
I've had mine several yrs/a decade or so and didn't know things had changed with Ruger

oops! Somebody please explain to me how to reply to multiple posts in one post. I’m thinking you have to use the +Quote, but not sure how to do it.

RLB0414, you’re right about the fishing and firearm advice. Thanks.

Yeah Brother Jim, I never knew until a couple weeks ago that they were producing guns in NC. Heck I remember the big news 20-25 years ago when they were moving their handgun production from Southport, CT to Prescott, AZ.

Nice, that pruner looks so handy👍
If they serve coffee is mugs like that, they are an alright place. Little diners are some of my favorite places to eat
It's not the cups that get me, it's the flimsy wooden spatula spoon😒 I'm sitting down having a coffee, you are going to have to wash the mug anyway, so give me a real spoon😢😁

Thank you, it was a gift from Jack Black Jack Black , and has become a frequent "puttering around the house on a weekend carry"

I actually like the wooden 'stirring sticks'. Since I drink my coffee black, I save them for cleaning gunk out of old pocketknives. ;)

Great pic Dwight
