It's a good thing I decided to carry my new Tribal Lock today. I noticed that a new branch had started to sprout from the tree I had cut back a week or so ago so, I deployed the Tribal Lock Lumberjack and made short work of the new offensive, sprouting, limb.

Just in time, too. Give it twenty or thirty years, and you’d need two pocket knives to deal with it.

I always enjoy seeing your Arno Bernards my friend .

Harry
Thank you, Harry. I just have the one for now, but if I ever pick the right lottery numbers... 😄
Another useful and beautiful pairing, Rachel. 🤠

Those two go well together Rachel :)
Thanks, Guys!
Very nice old horn(?) handled knife!
Remember the wee little 808Y you gave me? Does it make my BET (Bacon Egg Tomato) sandwich look big?

That's how the "Tiny Knife Diet" works!

I’ll bet the Mark IV was glorious if you could turn it up, but heavy and loud, eh?

Sweet boxes, gentlemen. Thanks for the views.

And don’t forget to use your pocket knife to pry the pebbles out of your car tires.

Got a laugh out of that.

Thank you, Gary

Thank you! Like you said before, not that long along ago, you could get them at any Mom ‘n Pop hardware store.
Now the knives, and the Mom’n Pops are gone :(

Amp’s 100%, thank you ;)

Man, you have some very productive water there! Besides being a talented catcher of fish...
I dig the photo of the Practical Knife and Garcia. My all time favorite reels!
Yes, I have to agree; Ambassadeurs are my favorite casting reels too. I’ve tried other low profile casting reels, but it’s hard to beat the good ol’ round reels.

83!
Probably not much older than the audience😁

🕺💃

Sounds like a fine day, my friend.

Any place that calls themselves Culinary Institute should make a good pie, but just between you and me, is it better than Grandma’s?
First post, been reading for a few years. This comment sparked me to finally join in with you gentlemen. What a loaded question. Nothings better than Grandmamas pie, but can't tell Mom,she got her recipe from Grandmama..A bit about me, been carrying a CASE since Grandaddy gave me my first pocket knife in '78. Sadly, I lost it, along with the SAK he gave me the next year. But, after his passing in '01, I inherited his 72 Ranchero, that he'd "given" me at breakfast. Long story. We use to have big Sunday morning breakfasts at Grandaddy and Grandmamas. Going through it, i found a Western 901, vaguely remembered him using it. But it did register. It's the old Boulder stamp. After ther that, my Dad gave me his old L66 from the Boy Scouts. Dad bought me and my twin brother L66's from Kuester hardware in 1980. D tang stamp. I've skinned a lot of deer with it. Mine and Dads L66, and Grandaddys 901 are the top of my display case. I've learned a lot here, and the wealth of information and Craftsmanship is amazing. Hope everyone is having a wonderful Sunday.

That is just an incredible knife  Great pic too, love the joint :)
