Very cool knife. I'm not a big fan of carrying one arm blades, but I sure do like the looks of them. I'm sure the slip helps to eliminate the sharp corner in your pocket... anyways, I'm rambling, beautiful knife. 🤠:thumbsup::thumbsup:
You're just trying to tempt me. 😁
Tiny picture but a big impact... enjoy your day, my friend. 🤠
A wonderful #15. 🤠
Definitely don't need to carry a sharpening rod... just open the next blade. 🤣

Yeah, and I still have two more knives on me but they aren’t traditional. If you have too many knives what else are you supposed to do?

Mail call yesterday from our friends at DLT.
At 19.95, my new vacay knife. The Buck 373 with jigged bone. I don't take my CRK or any expensive knife. (Paranoid, yes)
Next is a Peanut in Peachseed jigged Brown bone.
Finally is the 2022 Vault knife.. 6225 1/2 small swell center jack ( small coke bottle jack) in Caribbean Blue bone.
All three came sharp, no loose blades, all areas smooth , quite happy.View attachment 1890131

Headed to town in a bit. It'll be a short trip. Cindy' knee is giving her fits (she needs a knee replacement) so, it'll be a solo trip for me to the Post Office to mail some bills. Might get a carry-out from the Chinese Restaurant for lunch. Anyway, this Scout Hunter will suffice for the short trip to town.

Bullbuster and one of my Voos Jacks today.DC381279-80EC-442A-9628-F495D077560F.jpeg2E0E0C8E-96E5-4DAF-9132-6818B9DC417C.jpeg
I pulled some onions the other day. 783E9C4F-ED05-44DE-A877-3F32722DCED3.jpegPut down more compost, and replanted the bed.DF2F65C3-9390-41C1-9EDE-B1BEF00C9F31.jpeg One row of Roma bush beans, and one row of Raab broccoli. After my main bed of snap beans has run it’s course, it will be nice to have more to eat fresh in late September. This variety of broccoli grows, and gets eaten much faster than the head type. We’ll start cutting the tender shoots when they get about 6 or 7 inches tall.
I pulled one of my two garlic beds, and replanted it in kale, turnips, and cilantro.

It’s still too early for second plantings of spinach and lettuces. I’ve tried several times, but they just don’t germinate well when it’s so hot. Have to be patient. Those will germinate in October, even November, pruduce even as late as Thanksgiving, survive through the winter, and start up again as soon as the snow melts. Amazing for Northern Illinois.

I have a lot of cilantro that got huge hanging to dry for the seeds. Trying to keep replanting this so that I have some at just the right size at the same time all of the peppers and tomatoes are ready for salsa canning time. It won’t be long.

I had a great crop of sugar pod peas this year. Finally pulled the plants last weekend, and re-planted, for a fall crop.

I think a man needs a hobby, right?
