I had my E bike stolen outside the doctors today,it was locked to railings etc.

Pretty gutted it cost a small fortune and was good fun.

Insurance excess is so high I cant claim either.

Made a big difference to me I got some movement back in my legs and on full power needs little effort, great fun as well.

That's terrible! Bad backs don't really get better do they? I first hurt mine when I was 16, (45 years ago), lifting a heavy tool-box out of the back of a van at work. That was a muscular injury, and has plagued my life, but I only started with sciatica a decade ago. I also have spondylosis in my middle back, and 2 misaligned neck vertebrae, so I really need to find another chiropractor!

They can get better, but they never get "right" again. And once damaged they sure seem susceptible to future not so goodness. Back in the nineties I ended up getting two cortisone shots in my lumbar spine and never had to go back, so I consider myself extremely fortunate. That said, its never been quite right again. A few years ago I got whiplashed and I'm up to 3 cortisone shots in my cervical spine. The Doc said one disc in my cervical was, quote, "Just a mess". He was surprised the shots worked as well as they have. As long as I can keep things manageable without surgery, I feel lucky

I would love to have crappie around here. The best tasting fish there is.

I waded the river today and landed two beautiful smallmouth. Both broke the surface twice, then got the current and went for long runs. The old faithful Mepps #2 gold squirrel tail as usual.

I just realized this is the first time I’ve worn shorts all year! Luckily there was no one around back at the car when I stripped down and got back into my jeans.
