Have a great vacation Gary.I'm away on vacation for a couple of weeks, so I have a weird choice of knives with me - kind of whatever struck my fancy as I spent 15 minutes grabbing semi-random knives. Here are 2 of them.
Rough Ryder bow trapper that I've hardly used at all since getting it in May. I thought a couple of weeks of vacation would give me some chances to see how I like it. After trying to use it for food prep on Monday, I decided I like how it fits my hand, but I don't like the saber grind for cutting through "thick stuff" - dicing a big sweet onion, slicing summer sausage, etc.
