That watch band is beyond COOL.

Also, during my time away, I received a generous "Back to Work Care Package" from my friend Jack Black Jack Black
He is so thoughtful and generous, a true Porch Regal Member. Thank you so much, Jack.
Oh ya, check out the engraving on the letter opener. 😁

I hope the goodies got you through all the TV you've been watching buddy! 😁👍
Heck no. After 20+ years, they write themselves. 😁
🤣👍
THIRTY POUNDS! That’s amazing. How do you save them ~ freeding, put up as preserves? That could be a year’s supply.
I was bragging over putting two gallon bags of wild black raspberries in the freezer last month.🥴

My father recently told me he’d read an article by some MD saying that blackberries are one of the top foods for health and longevity due to some of the compounds they contain.

Seashore, boat dock on a lake...
Enjoy!

Splitspring Sunday!👍🏻

Nothing fancy here. Camillus no.1 hawkbill, and Opinel Carbone no.10.View attachment 1899527
It's only the past couple of years that I've been keeping a record of how many I pick Jeff, and I always let some of my neighbours pick some too. I usually eat a lot of crumble, and freeze the rest, but because of the amount I've been getting the past few years, I was thinking of making jam this year (probably won't happen now). I used to just go out, and fill a few containers, but during the 2020 lockdown here, I started picking them more intensively, and was amazed by how many I got. They are great for me, because I love blackberries, and am not much of a gardener. There are so many acres of wild blackberries close by too, and they hardly get picked. It's crazy, because people pay a fortune for them in the supermarket. That sounds like an interesting article Jeff, and I can well believe it. Long live the blackberry! 😁👍
That’s really cool, well done Jack! 😎👍
Thanks Todd, it's always nice to send out a few surprises, and I've a good idea what John likes 😉👍

Sticking close to home today. I'm only planning on going up to the mail boxes to get the mail. This'll be the first time since Tuesday that I've picked up the mail so, there should be quite a lot. I've been sorting through some of my GEC knives (preparing to get rid of most of them) and ran across this #66 Calf Roper. Don't know how exactly but it may come in handy when I mow the lawn this afternoon.

Got a feeling that one is going to be cutting some tomatoes soon James. 😉👍

That Boker of yours is quite a splendid looker as is !!!
The patina on the copper ones I have seem to change according to winds or what
And the patina of one will be different from the patina of another even from the same cutler
They have a life of their own. I like that

Remington and the Boker for the weekend.

I think that’s why I like mine so much, they do seem to change almost daily. 😎👍
Perfect backdrop for that one. 😎👍
