I don't know if anyone recalls, I posted a pic of an old rotted bench I found in the garden. Well anyway I kept a bit to make a cutting board, you know for all those cutting tasks the wife frowns upon for using the kitchen boards. Got round to finishing it up this morning. Sanded & couple of coats of lemon oil come up a treat

You might want to call it the Rip Van Winkle garden bench. It fell asleep in the garden, and woke up and found the world changed.

Anyway, you need a cutting board for cleaning fish. Wives don’t like that in the kitchen!

Feeling "Nautical" today. I don't know why. We're roughly 300-miles inland from the ocean and almost all of the reservoirs are critically low on water what with the drought we're experiencing so, there's really nowhere to float a boat. It's town day so, it's off to the Post Office, the Wagon Wheel Cafe, the Holiday Market, and Cindy says she wants to stop at the Grocery Outlet for vegetables. To satisfy this strange "Nautical" feeling I have, I'll be totin this Navy theme Sod Buster Jr. and my Shellback challenge coin. Pancakes and Sausage at the Wagon Wheel !!!!
