What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Nice set-up Greg :)

I'm feeling tired just thinking of you doing that Todd! 🤣 ;)

Many thanks JJ, I rarely carry a Pruner, and when I do it's almost always the same one, nothing fancy, but it's sharp as the dickens, and handles well :)

Late posting today due to a combination of internet connectivity, or lack thereof, and my mate Tool Man driving me mad because of a bad ebay purchase he's made (he's a big lump, but he's never been under fire!)! Hope everyone is having a good day :)

Nice final carries....hope you can aid Tool Man

Looks nice. And kudos for having the strwngth of will to face the day with just one good knife.
I could do that too, but I fold as soon as I open one of my cigar boxes.
These two are the closest things I have, plus the Leatherman on my belt, to everyday carries.View attachment 2016041
And they’re entirely useful for most things that need cutting.

Nice use of light, as usual, Yann!

The best kind of Christmas gift!

Really like the color on your stag, Bob.

Nice Clint Eastwood quote.
But remember ~ they’re not limitations.
They’re opportunities. 😵‍💫
Thanks Jeff and as we know black goes with everything....nice carries.

Cindy lucked out at the dentist yesterday. Turns out she only had to have a filling redone - no root canal !!!! We came home and I had a meatloaf sandwich. Without our kids and grand kids around this Christmas we're not decorating except for this ceramic tree that my mother made back in the 1970s at her Ladies Auxiliary Church Social.

Glad all worked out Ed. Christmas comes from the heart. Decorations are icing on the proverbial cake.

Glad to hear Cindy had a good visit!
Your tree looks very much like the one my mom gave us in the 70s, maybe 80s. Happy holidays Ed!

Couple fine knives Jack! 🤠

I Should not like this as much as I do but I seem to carry it a lot.

I think there might be something about the simplicity or maybe just the handsomeness of a 2 bladed equal end that causes me to want to keep on carrying them, once they find my pocket. I can see why you hold it in high regard. Nothing wrong with totin' the same knife a lot. 😍

I see those trees in antique malls, and they fascinate me for reason or reasons unknown, but they're always way too expensive for me.

I got to the farm again today, so I needed to carry the plow.

Breaking out the showy stuff!
But you’d better be careful, Dwight. I estimate about two inches of blade sticks out when it’s closed.

I notice a lot of denizens like to picture their knives with coffee View attachment 2016097

Mmm. Just how I like my coffee. Strong, black, and verrry thick.😎

Sorry the kids won’t be with you for Christmas, my friend. We’re kind of in the same boat since the Coloradans and Georgians all spent a week here for Thanksgiving. But a bunch of us are going to Mom ‘n Dad’s on the 26th…

Looks like your tree is just the right size for a couple of gift wrapped knives!
Grandma used to do ceramics. Had an every week club. Plus a weekly standing appointment at her “beauty operator’s”. 😜

We still have a few things she made, and Mom has the Christmas tree she made. Just like yours.
