Nice knife, Ed. (Had Spam and eggs for breakfast, myself, at a Mexican restaurant. Had it á la Mexicana, with serrano peppers, onion, and tomato, and also put two kinds of salsa picante AND some ranchero sauce--all including hot peppers, of course. Will probably get heartburn later, but it was muy deliciosio!)

My carry today:

A Spartan.

Fine patina on both blade and scales  What do you treat the slabs with?

Thanks, Will
Thanks! I lightly sanded the handles with some 1000 grit sandpaper to get rid of a couple ugly spots around the shield. I gave the blade a dunk in some hot vinegar and then used it to cut up some tomatoes. The tomatoes really darkened it up.

International Knife this week is a Le Sabot tonneau that I've only had for a little over a month:

Handsome trio Gary, I like your new Tonneau
Thank you very much, Jack!!! It's an oldie but a goodie :)

A pair with some very fine Ebony wood for your Wednesday; those two certainly looks sensational together, as well!;)👍👍

Wednesday's totes were a pair of wood covered Lambsfoot knives (the Bagpipe Ebony is a Jack Black Jack Black special) :)
Many thanks my friend, Happy Double Lambsfoot Day :)
Wow, miss one day and so many grand knives pass you by......

Have a nice day

WOW!!! That Italian jigged bone gunstock is absolutely beautiful!!!
Back in mid October I decided I was going to start carrying some of the knives I’ve had for years but hadn’t carried yet. Well today I finally carried the last two along with the trapper I carried yesterday for the first time.

When I bought the Queen City Cozy Glen I had every intention of carrying it but just couldn’t get myself to.

The tiny trapper will probably go back into hibernation. It’s a cool little knife but just too small for me.

So since October I’ve added 8 knives to my carry that I already owned.View attachment 2043030View attachment 2043032
