What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Wow, great acting prop, your son had to be proud.
I raced on a 50 foot sloop named Valhalla for 10 years.( owned by a Norwegian).
You have a good one too, Jon.

Thanks for the encouragement! I didn’t know you were a sailor Bob! I searched the net and found a pic of your old rig. Is that you at the helm?😎🤔😂

Well done!
A platic axe to play with (and break), and a nice wood axe that Dad made!👌

Thanks Jeff! I’m winning if no one breaks the plastic axe on anyone’s face!

Thanks! I really like the blade combo too. I wish more jacks came with a coping blade instead of a pen. Great axe. I bet your son was the envy of his class.
No doubt. You should have heard the sermon I had to give him. “This is not for chopping your sister. This is not for chopping your friends. This is not so your friends can chop their sisters. DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME SON!?!😂

2 hours !!! 😲
Where is all the cardboard coming from that you guys are cutting up ............ did it drop off the China Balloon ? 🤔 🤔 🤔 🤣

He can't be that young .............. he's been around the porch a long time. Just how old are you Paul ? 😲🤔🤔
You have to understand a few things : Some of that cardboard was very wet from Salt Water that probably came from East of Myrtle Beach . Most of the cardboard was from Christmas time and 30 family members came to our house to open things and of course " Pappy will dispose of it " . To use the term " Young " , it is a word I use to describe a person that is not nearly as old as I am . My oldest daughter is older than paulhilborn paulhilborn . My kids kids are having kids . My youngest Grand Kid is doing his Masters . My oldest Great Grand Kid has his drivers license . Even you , at your advanced age , are a young guy to me .

Ahem... today, I toted this Rosecraft out to the mailbox (three paces) to pick up this new GEC, which was there -- a great (and surprising) development considering my current mail carrier's unique and unknown to me, yet sometimes glaring, challenges.

I then toted the new addition over to the kitchen, and naysayers be darned, proceeded to test its mettle in a rigorous, but diminutive, round of food prep. Let me just say that she's a little monster in the galley, did everything required admirably, and that my faith in this design's utility has been entirely restored. I think the photo speaks for itself in this regard, no?

Thank you Mr. Howard for another winner -- and a celebratory Fat Tuesday to you all!

They would not let me near the helm Jon. I was not allowed aft of the mast.😁
