Great Wooden Wednesday pairing Steve
Thank you very much, Jack!!! :)
You're certainly toting a beautiful pair of Ebony covered jacks this fine Wednesday!;)👍👍
Many thanks JJ :)
Had a little time to make some osage shavings with the drawknife at the end of my work day. Had an osage covered 29 stockyard whittler in the pocket all day.

Great photo Greg, that's a good-looking old draw-knife there with your Whittler
I had a couple covered in wood today, both from France. :)
A pair of fragrant French fancies there my friend :)
A pair of early John Primble I.S.W. (1890-1940) crown jacks for Thursday. Feels like Royalty in your pocket. 😊

CRAP !!!! I was just pulling our small tractor out of the shed to plow when I heard a minor clatter and then a noise like marbles being rattled in a can and then the engine seized. Haven't decided what to do yet - rebuild the engine or just put a new one in. Until I can get it fixed, I'll have to make do with dragging a railroad tie behind our truck. Not nearly as efficient as plowing of course but it'll compact/remove the bulk of the snow. We're headed to town in a couple hours so, I might stop by our local small engine repair shop to see what my options are. In the mean time, I'll carry this Bull Nose. Breakfast at the Wagon Wheel Cafe - brunch actually.

Sorry, Ed. That’s a horrible and expensive sound.🥺

Sorry to hear that, Ed. Hopefully you’ll be able to get it sorted out without too much damage to your wallet.
