Hope you and Elijah stay safe!I have assigned Peter Rabbit and my Osage Orange TC to pocket duty today. Most of my other knives are put away into what I hope is a safe place.
Not liking the forecast this afternoon. Many of the schools are letting out at noon and the Governor has been advising caution.
At least I have a basement for Elijah J. and me to hide out, if needed. Going to be a wild ride after lunch till late evening, or so they say.
For anyone else here that's in the crosshairs today ..... be safe !

You too buddy, it's always great to see you hereThank you Jack. I don't post as much as I should but I am never without a knife in my pocket.
Have a fantastic day my friend.
Definitely Gary, I've taken a few pics myself, where I've been unpleasantly surprised by what's in the background when I'm editing them! Thanks, Jack! You know, wherever there are tracks, there are droppings.......
I figured the track makes a better background.![]()

Fine out the box for what I will use it for. Although I do prefer a mirror polish finish on the edge. You didn’t have to flush, sharpen, or oil it?
I’ve sometimes gotten a factory edge that would do, but still can’t resist making it “better”.![]()
If I tote work knives, does that mean I actually have to work?View attachment 2102350View attachment 2102351

Agreed! The D2 were my favorite too. All mine came butter knife blunt, but once I got them all thinned out and sharpened, I couldn’t be happier with them. I feel that this particular Congress was one of the last of the good ones. I prefer the WCSB over the ACSB, but that’s just me.Queen D2 knives were some of the best made: excellent finish, many patterns, scales and they out cut carbon by a country mileReally like that example of WCSB.
Thanks, Will
