Ok, time to give kudos to Jakeywax31 aka Paul. He was at the knife show and found knives I have been searching for...low and behold he found two examples. Then he goes and gifts them to me. I have entered them in my drawer of appreciation.

I reckon I was remembering some meals down at that diner I frequent.
Every now and then the toast about pulls your teeth out and the bacon is too tough, but, most of the time it's fine.

Candy bar trivia ~ Curtiss Candy reformulated a recipe and created a candy bar that they named Baby Ruth. It took off, and they became the largest candy factory in the world. One of their promotions was dropping thousands of Baby Ruths with little parachutes from an airplane across the country. They said it was named after Grover Cleveland’s daughter, nicknamed Baby Ruth, but the Clevelands kept her out of public limelight, so hardly anyone knew about her, and it was at the same time that Babe Ruth was swatting homers right and left. Everyone assumed the candy bar was named after him.

My USA made Oster Cafe Mill, which was a wedding present from 1981 still does the job as long as we have electricity. But I keep some pre-ground coffee just in case.

Mate the minichamp is handy little package easier to use than the classic due to being thicker to hold on too , won't replace edc. It will probably go on my keys, good to use for that bag of chips & the like when out in public

This fine stag 59 Shaffer Farm whittler arrived in yesterdays mail courtesy of Todd, bigfish 64. I've been on a sleeveboard pattern binge lately and Todd checked one of my boxes with this one. Turns out we each had a knife the other was seeking, so a perfect trade developed. Thanks my friend, I love this knife.
Pocketed it solo yesterday afternoon when it arrived and through the evening, paired it with a H-10 for todays carry.
