Yet another trip for medical reasons, this time a carpal tunnel injection.

I have a feeling that it may work this time,I shall leave it for at least a week and then only try a few short trips.

The carpal tunnel was twice the size it should be.

He said 2 days to start to take effect, but it feels just that bit better already its easier typing.

Even though either of the knives in my pocket would have done the job, I had some Rapinin Broccoli ready to cut for supper, which called for a proper hawkbill.
I don’t bother with the big head broccoli anymore. This stuff grows fast, comes back fast after cutting it, and we eat the leaves and stems too. Planted it last fall.6A162DBB-85D4-4E2E-A0B5-B597E9693ED4.jpeg
I was prowling on the ‘bay last winter, and saw this Shortline tang stamp #1 for about 10 bucks. Worked on re-habbing the blade off and on all winter, but turned out ok for a knife that’s close to 75 years old.5EBFE820-33D1-4F72-924B-A419F9439347.jpeg

Sent me on a search. I did not know who Fulton Sheen was.
He had a television show in the '50s that was more popular then Milton Berle, who was on a different network. (If you have to look up Milton Berle, you ARE young!)

In the 50s?!?
Did they even have TV's back in the 50s?!?!

**Hides from the all the grandpa's**
Oh, man, so many good shows in the '50s: The Lone Ranger, The Cisco Kid, The Jack Benny Program, The Honeymooners (Jackie Gleason). Leave it to Beaver started in the late '50s. I saw the reruns, as I grew up watching tv in the '60s. I still remember when most shows went to color in 1966: "Now in living color!" There were only three networks then: ABC, NBC, and CBS.
