What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Tomorrow, I'll be carryin' a, (very well made Pakastani) Electricians knife with a Lockback screwdriver with 2 wire strippers, a beefy Spearpoint Blade and the best feature is a level for leveling conduit and Power Distribution Boxes/Breaker Boxes.

I'd like to see what an american maker could do with this pattern, this one is rock solid.

Move over, Tim Leatherman.

these two today

The Sowbelly Trapper and a Case Select Peanut that I opened up the factory fluted bolsters and made them look like they are suppose to and hand rubbed the blades

Just a few more of the Pakistani Electrican's knife, check out the wire strippers and how sturdy the knife is.

The bubble level is the handiest device to have on a knife like this.

If an american maker were to make one with an adjustable level.:)

Wouldn't you trade guys use this, hell it's even handy for plumbers workin' with pvc.

If any of you makers whant better pics and dimensions email me, if someone decides to make one to sellnow, I'd appreciate it. :)

I've got a Schatt&Morgan Railsplitter Moose in my pocket this evening. It hasn't gotten much pocket time lately and I decided it was time to show it a little love.

That knife rocks! That may be the most interesting Pakistani knife I have ever seen. I like the lockback on the screwdriver/ stripper blade, and the fit looks suprisingly good. Is the bubble level actually functional- does it actually read "level" when the blades are closed?

Loaded up light today.

Only my Case Sod Buster Jr. went along for the ride. Know not what tomorrow will bring.

The backsprings look to be machined flat so you use it with the blades closed, and th Bubble level does work, I usually zero it in before I use it, I do wish there wer some sort of screw adjustment for the level and a scribe that slides in like the toothpick on an SAK.

It does work though and is what we called in the County, "Close enough for Goverment Work.":D

Very cool, Sunnyd. I have always liked acorn shields and never even knew oak leaf shields existed! It looks great!

I am in agreement with you as I like all manner of unique shields as well. :)

Changed up this morning while working with my neighbor trying to get his water pump started again.

I salvaged this one out of a toolbox of an abandoned vehicle while working last year. Cleaned her up and she is a fine hard worker once again.. :)

Give that man a cigar!

(It can also be referred to as a Texas Jack according to BRL & Steven Dick.)

I have a love/hate relationship with the moose controversy :D but, be that as it may, this is definitely moose territory, according to BRL and Steven Dick. ;)

(the Case Texas Jack has me baffled)
