  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Those worm groove scales look very cool.
D2: the almost stainless steel.

Still got the Cold Steel stockman in my pocket. I think it's going to stay there a while.

Today I grabbed my Boker Magnum Barlow w/ Damascus blade. I forget what type of wood it has.

sorry about the poor pics.

Today it is my new GEC 54 pattern whittler/stockman. This thing has some of the best stag I've ever seen. Wish I could post pics.

I'm still carrying the peanut... don't ever seem to need anything else. :)

but, I got out this little gem las week, and its been in my pants pocket since, Camillus stockman, Carbon V blade, that I customized, reduced to one blade, with quarter sawn bocote scales, and 30-30 shell head shield. Its the companion knife of my Winchester 94, had them both out for range time..

That's a beauty! I've noticed my springs are getting lighter with them breaking in.

I have my whole crew of yaller Cases with me at the office today. I couldn't decide which one to carry, so they all came. I'm on a yaller kick these days- ordered two more this afternoon. (trapperlock and toothpick) I think I may have finally found my "collector niche"- for the time being, anyway. They sure do look nice in a group.

In my actual pocket, I have a yellow synthetic Queen pen knife. One of my buddies picked it up at an estate sale for $5, and thought I might like it. I do. It's a tiny little thing, and has seen its share of duty- but it has one heck of a wicked spring, It snaps hard and loud, especially on closing. Watch those fingers, this thing isn't messing around!

Got my first Soddie, yella handled CV Case. Used it today and am pretty impressed by her. Wonder if they'll ever do a run in G10, now that would be sweet!

Early 1970's Case # 62131 in Brown Bone. I love this old pal-o-mine. :)

Just a quick strope X 3 on each side on leather this morning and she was good all day..
