Pick this one up this week and have been carrying it since then. I'm going to try and force myself to carry it for at least a month straight. We'll see how it goes.

Ran the smoker all day at around 200f ~ mostly ash, while I puttered around on miscellaneous garden pleasures. Moving in slow motion, because I came home from those weddings with some kind of damned bug.
Nothing says I love you like showing up to a wedding with a virus…

Anyway, no busting of sod, but the ‘ol Case cut some food.
Most practically minded people know you can quickly and cleanly snap asparagus by hand, but we’re knife people, right?

These pictures are for Rachel and Jer, r8shell , and screened porch ~
Thawed a couple of ears out of the freezer from last year’s garden.

Mrs Fleschwund won’t eat it. She’s been spoiled by the fancy dancy new super sweet hybrids, and I just grew the old heirloom Golden Bantam.
