I might have purchased it there. I have bought several Case knives from them. But it was enough years ago that the details of the aquisition are lost in the mist. It's a three-spring design. It is CV and yellow Delrin. It's very pocket friendly and takes a lovely edge.

I think that's where I got mine, though I've gotten some nice Cases at agreeable prices from CK.

Totin’ two Barlows that bookend the 1970’s. The Appaloosa is 1979 and the Red Sawcut is 1970. I still enjoy some current production Case knives, but I believe 1979 was the end of the golden era.

Blades are both ~4 inch. I think that qualifies as "large" insofar as pocket cutlery is concerned?

I'm already planning Independence Day and was looking through my cabinet for something patriotic. Not sure it counts if they're from England?

Actually, the red and blue I dyed several years ago and still needed a touch of sanding and polish. Probably sacrilege, but I'm happy with how they turned out.

I like your 136. I think it’s in a little better shape than mine, and you got a super piece of black walnut!

The 136 and it’s sister pattern, the 163 are hard to beat for hard use.

I used these two in the garden this afternoon.
