What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Have a wonderful time buddy :)
Thanks, Jack. No matter how many times I visit Lake Tahoe, it’s still enjoyable.
Thanks for the call yesterday. Good to stay in touch. You weren’t kidding about the air quality. Don’t look at the National Weather service warnings about smoke particulates getting into your blood stream!
Speaking of the Schrade 18OT you found at the antique store, which your better half promptly confiscated, here’s that little guy that @glennbad generously gave me.View attachment 2233695
Schrade Walden 766 skillfully re-hafted in dark stag.
Looking into this model, I found that Schrade called it a Wharncliffe.

I like the blade design on that top knife, Yann. It reminds me of an old Spyderco I have which I can’t show here.😉

Nice burl on a great pattern, Travis. 🤙
That Glennbad stag is a treat every time you post it, Jeff.

These two again today. I’ve had this little Krein in my pocket pretty much every day since I got it a little while back.

I’m happy to be told so, Bart!🙂
Glen is a talented knife craftsman, for sure.

Totin’ the Frontier Stockman today. Was surprised to see the #72 C Green waiting for me when I got home; it’s a beauty!

Nice pair. By the way, I dig the Scrimshaw you showed yesterday!

Thanks! I’ve had the Schrade Scrimshaw Trapper since probably ‘81 or ‘82. It’s one of the first “good” knives I had bought up until that point; it holds a lot of sentimental value to me.
