I hope there is no test following this; at least make it true or false, if one is coming soon.![]()

Looks like a great spot to relax, Bart!I’m in the mountains for a few days relaxing with the family. I brought my bunny knife with me.![]()

Congrats on the grand gift knives, Bob, and accolades to Dwight and Paul for their thoughtful generosity! Two knives from two fine gentlemen today. Dwight- fodderwing, thanks for the Winchester once again.
Paul-jakeywax31,you blew me away again. This trapper is a perfect fit. I cannot thank you enough. It will find plenty of carry time.View attachment 2233672
That Winchester looks somewhat similar to the 2023 Blade Forums knife.
I like that fetching "Memphis Belle" SAK!
I want to get one of those "airplane" SAKs, but I can never make up my mind among the Warthog, Warhawk, and Memphis Belle.
That's a stag stunner, Jeff!Speaking of the Schrade 18OT you found at the antique store, which your better half promptly confiscated, here’s that little guy that glennbad generously gave me.![]()
Schrade Walden 766 skillfully re-hafted in dark stag.
Looking into this model, I found that Schrade called it a Wharncliffe.
Your Carhartt mini trapper is a classy knife, Vince, and John's a classy guy! He sent me one very similar to that; much appreciated.

The jigged bone WCLF is sublime!
That "tiger canoe" is a real attention-grabber!I fear the orange and black clashes with the red. So the SAK in right pocket, Case in left, knipex on the belt.

Striking whittler!
Quite an interesting trio of knives Gary. Each one have virtues which are appealing in their own way.
I really like your choice with regards to the Le Thiers. Congrats.![]()
Well done Gary, those are beautiful!![]()
Wonderful additions, Gary.![]()
Bob, Todd, Vince, and Jack, I appreciate your compliments.Congratulations on the new arrivals Gary, 3 interesting knives
You're welcome, Steve; I always look forward to seeing what you'll post!Thank you Gary, I always appreciate your kind words !
That splendid pair is an effective wake-up call in the morning, Bob!
Congrats on the heavenly Hibbard; must be close to Your Very Best!
I restrained myself from commenting the first day you carried them, but I can't ignore them 2 days in a row: wonderful pair of wood Case knives!I pulled open the drawer full of cigar boxes, and pulled the two Cases out of my pocket, and realized I didn’t want or need to swap for something else. That often happens with this Trapper.View attachment 2234831

Thanks, Barrett.I like those laminated Opinels, GT. I got one of the red ones a while back, and I think I might have to go back and order one in brown, too.(I still wish they’d offer some of their more interesting handle materials with carbon steel blades, but oh well.)
I thought I had a lead on an “Opignel” like the one you have with the old design (just the three boars, rather than the new one with a whole landscape). It was an Italian site with reasonable enough international shipping. I emailed them to check if the knife would, in fact, be the one with the old design shown on their website, but they replied saying the knives they had in stock were the new design, they just hadn’t updated the image on their site.![]()
That's a vibrant vintage pair!
I don't know much about Moki knives, but they sure make some great-looking models!
I can see why, Todd; worthy wood!
My pleasure Gary. Glad to see you're carrying them and getting some use out of them.
